who am i?

My name is Andriana, and I am a Greek-American Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist M.Sc. in Athens, Greece.


I am driven by my passion for creating environments in which individuals can freely and confidently tell their story, discover new interests and passions, evolve, and pursue a life authentic to them.

What kind of therapy can
we do?

I offer individual and group therapy sessions conducted online.


My technique is rooted in person-centered therapy with integrations of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuropsychological testing where applicable and beneficial to my clients.

I support expats, remote workers and digital nomads, students at international schools and in study abroad programs, and anyone who prefers to begin their self-discovery journey with an English-speaking therapist.

Why should i begin therapy?

Everyone has their own personal reason for beginning therapy.


Sometimes, it's as simple as needing a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Other times, it's a bit more complex, and perhaps undefined. If you feel you are ready to begin, it's worth a try.
